Electricity consumption
in the United States is increasing at an alarming rate. There is a great need
for renewable, inexpensive and pollution-free energy. Electricity blackouts
have threatened local economies and soon their effects will be felt on a
national level. Commercial and residential energy users must be protected from
these blackouts as well as the inadequate quality of electricity produced
during peak demand periods.

EXTRACT OCEAN WAVE AND TIDAL ENERGY
The proposed equipment
allows for the mass production of inexpensive renewable energy in the form of
electricity by extracting energy from ocean waves via the utilization of an apparatus
consisting of turbines incorporated into a power generating system that is
partially submerged in the ocean waves. This invention will have a major impact
on the current and future energy scenario in the United States. Mass production
of renewable ocean energy will lead to a significant decrease in the cost of
energy. Wave energy will be produced pollution-free thereby eliminating the
environmental concerns created by other energy sources. The nation’s abundant
coastlines provide a great source for the production of ocean wave energy. This
invention will reduce the United States reliance on other countries for fuel
resources.
